As an administrator, I would lie to set the width of a column and determine whether a column should be displayed on mobile devices.
To do this, we need to update the layout editor for overview grids. When the user clicks on the column, he sees a pencil icon. When clicking on this icon, the column properties are shown:
Here the user can determine 3 settings:
- The field width (in px)
- Whether the field is hidden on phones
- Whether the field is hidden on tablets
When rendering the overview, these settings should be respected.
As an user I would like that
1 The state of the filter pane (Collapsed / expanded) will be stored.
Currently it is only possible to configure the initial state of the filterpanel (this is a layout setting). This isn't good enough, consider the following situation:
In a document overview two filters have being set :
We will leave the page and enter the document overview again. We will find the filter pane collapsed :
After re-entering the page, we would like to see the situation displayed by image 1. `the state of the filter pane must be exactly the same as the last time we saw it. Most of the time we would like to see the filters applies (related to : http://support.bizzstream.com/topics/615-showing-when-filters-are-active/#comment-1133)
Proposed approach: save filter pane state as a property of the contents of the applied filter (SATWO-1433)
2 I'm able to reset my userdefined filter
Currently the filters are being saved to the database. Unfortunately there isn't a way to reset the values of a particular filter.
For instance when I've applied two filter conditions I'm not able to reset these values by one simple click. The only workaround available : set all operators of the applied fields to "select".
Proposed approach : Add a reset button to the filter pane
As an administrator, I would like to be able to hide columns in a document line grid that is displayed on a mobile device so that I save valuable space.
However, when I click on the line (to edit it), the hidden fields should be displayed.
In the layout editor, we add two checkboxes to the properties of a grid column::
- Hide on Tablets
- Hide on Phones
When the property is checked, a column is not displayed in the initial grid. However, when the user clicks on the line, the field is being displayed.
As an administrator, I would like remove logs after 30 days so that I can focus on the logs that are the most likely to be relevant for my work.
Currently, logs are retained forever. The administrator can remove logs manually by clicking on the Clear button.
However, we should remove the logs after 30 days automatically.
Im sending over a document from bizzstream to metacom via a rest action.
I've enabled "save response".
If somerhing Goes wrong i would like to send an error Message back to the user. and Also the original document in the response.
Is this possible? The error Could be shown in the red box. This is very usefull for "mutex" errors from metacom in the freesmij case.
As a user, I would like to see a paperclip icon in a grid when a multiline text field has a value so that no unnecessary space is used.
Currently, multiline text fields get truncated which is hardly desirable. Just indicating that a multiline text field has a value is enough:
- In an overview: when the user wants to see a multiline textfield of a document, he has to open a document
- In a document line grid: when the user wants to see a multiline textfield of a document line, he has to open the document line.
As a user, I would like to use all available space for mobile overviews so that I use my device's screen efficiently.
We should ensure that the grid is uses the remainder of the space:
When the filter is expanded, the grid "shrinks".
As a user, I want to remove unnecessary white space from the interface so that I can use my screen as efficiently as possible.
This space in unnecessary:
